At KT by Knix, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your period-proof apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached for eligibility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
